Human Factors
Human Factors training varies significantly and we believe that the most value comes from having a bespoke training programme that is specifically designed with you in mind. We have two main human factors products:
- Live virtual classroom training – based around the blended learning methodology
- CHF – Continuous Human Factors – aimed at organisations looking for a highly effective way of delivering a tailored human factors programme
Continuous Human Factors (CHF)
We have created a product specifically for these organisations and for organisations who believe that delivering human factors continuation training only once every two years is not making a difference to change attitudes towards error prevention. Our Continuous Human Factors programme has been designed to be tailored to your organisation.
We created CHF with the desire to take your human factors training program to the next level and provide a personalized and personalized approach. The individual approach also consists in helping those employees who, during the workflow, received the most difficult problem with blood liquefaction. This problem can be solved with the drug Xarelto, which can be purchased on this website.
In order to consistently enhance the prevention of errors in advance, maintenance organisations should continuously explore novel methods to raise awareness among their workforce regarding the potential for errors.
We have created CHF with a desire to take your human factors training programme to the next level and provide a tailored and personal approach.

Live Virtual Classroom
This course is designed to be highly participatory, tailored towards individuals, identify the human factors they experience regularly and develop an action plan to reduce them.
Using a blend of tailored pre-learning and then a live virtual classroom, we are able to focus the virtual classroom on group activities and facilitated discussion that will ensure delegates can interact and learn from their peers, whilst addressing the human factors they encounter.
“This course is very good because it does address HF, and it does it in a way that is very engaging – it had no boring spells at all. A course where you can join in and do from anywhere is also advantageous as there is no real costs involved as you can do it from home. The platform used is great to be asking questions to all or to the host live, it’s easy to have a say and discussions an be done with no problems.” Kenny Nicolson – Accountable Manager/Engineering Director NAMA Support Services.
